Jeremia Huxley has spent 18 years in construction and 9 years in real estate, and the two have overlapped for most of that time. When he walks a property with you, he is reading the roof line, the foundation, the well and the septic, and telling you plainly what he sees. He is not a licensed home inspector, and he recommends a professional inspection on every purchase.
With a background in accounting and finance from the College of New Caledonia, he pairs the practical side of a property with the numbers side of the decision. Whether you are buying or selling, you will know what you are getting into: the structure, the systems, and what it costs.
When he is not working, he is outdoors: mountain biking, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, dirt biking or hunting. He has skied Sun Peaks for over 30 years and has lived the rural lifestyle he helps clients find, at Pinantan Lake since 2008.
A third-generation Kamloops local raised in Lillooet, he is equally at home in the city and knows its neighbourhoods, its growth, and what makes people put down roots here.
