Jeremia Huxley

Jeremia Huxley has spent 18 years in construction and 9 years in real estate, and the two have overlapped for most of that. When he walks a property with you, he is reading the roof line, the foundation, the well, and the septic, and telling you plainly what he sees.

He works both sides of the map: rural acreage from Pinantan Lake to Lillooet, and residential Kamloops.

With a background in accounting and finance from the College of New Caledonia, he pairs practical, on-the-ground knowledge with the numbers side of the decision. Whether you are buying or selling, you will know what you are getting into: the structure, the systems, and what it costs.

When he is not working, he is outdoors. Mountain biking, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, dirt biking, or hunting. He has been skiing Sun Peaks for over 30 years and lives the rural lifestyle he helps clients find. He and his wife raised two adult children in the country, so when he talks about rural property, he is speaking from experience.

As a third-generation Kamloops local, he is equally at home in the city. Most of his business comes from referrals.
